Taman Kanak-Kanak merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat terutama terkait prestasi anak didinya. Peenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan&nbsp; eksistensi lemabaga melalui prestasi dalam bidang seni. Penelitian menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan kegiatan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru ekstrakulikulerorang serta orang tua, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi model interaktif yang menggabungkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, 1 guru pendamping kegiatan seni, dan 5 orang tua. Sedangkan subjek yang diobservasi yaitu 54 anak di TK Retnoningrum yang sedang melakukan latihan untuk lomba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga ini aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan seni, seperti lomba drumband, melukis, menari, paduan suara, dan angklung. Partisipasi dalam kegiatan ini telah memperkuat eksistensi TK tersebut, dengan prestasi seni anak-anak menjadi salah satu indikatornya. Prestasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi lembaga, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi siswa dalam mengembangkan bakat dan keterampilan mereka di bidang seni. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the help of the SmartPLS tool. So as to obtain the following research results, the act of bullying has a significant influence on the mental health and self-confidence variables of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran. The high t-statistic value (mental health: 30.900, self-confidence: 43.426) and low p-value (mental health: 0.000, self-confidence: 0.000) indicate that the act of bullying meets the necessary statistical requirements. The results of the inner model test also showed high R-Square values (mental health: 0.803, self-confidence: 0.860), indicating a significant and high influence of bullying actions on both variables.</em></p> <p><strong><em>Keywords:</em></strong><em> Bullying, Mental Health, and Self-Confidence</em></p> <h1>Abstrak</h1> <p>Kekhawatiran orang tua terhadap perilaku <em>bullying</em> di lingkungan sekolah tentunya tidak dapat dipandang sebelah mata, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait fenomena <em>bullying</em> di kalangan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya tindakan <em>bullying</em> serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan dibantu dengan perangkat <em>SmartPLS</em>. Sehingga memperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut, tindakan bullying memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kesehatan mental dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran. Nilai t-statistic yang tinggi (kesehatan mental: 30,900, kepercayaan diri: 43,426) dan nilai p-value yang rendah (kesehatan mental: 0,000, kepercayaan diri: 0,000) menunjukkan bahwa tindakan bullying memenuhi syarat statistik yang diperlukan. The DPL's ability assessment in accompanying PPL students is expected to be a valid enough reference to determine the level of competency ability possessed by the DPL. The researcher chose this type of research as field research because research on the Perceptions of Group 20 PIAUD Students regarding the competence of PPL field supervisors is not only sufficient with theoretical studies, but requires direct research on those being researched, which is known as observation and uses a systematic approach which is called qualitative. . The subject of this research is class B children totaling 24 children, of which there are 15 girls and 14 boys at the age of 5-6 years. The results of the achievement of action in cycle 1 showed that the percentage of children's fine motor skills was 37.5% undeveloped (BB), children who began to develop (MB) 41.67%, and children developing as expected (BSH) 20.83%. Whereas in cycle II there was a very good increase, namely with a percentage of 16.67% of children who developed as expected (BSH) and 83.33% of children who developed very well (BSB).
