Strengthening the Existence of Kindergarten Institutions Through Achievement in the Arts: Descriptive Study of Schools

Prestasi anak disuatu lembaga dapat diperoleh salah satunya dalam bidang seni. Taman Kanak-Kanak merupakan salah satu lembaga yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat terutama terkait prestasi anak didinya. Peenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan eksistensi lemabaga melalui prestasi dalam bidang seni. Penelitian menggunakan teknik deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan kegiatan wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru ekstrakulikulerorang serta orang tua, dokumentasi, dan observasi. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah triangulasi model interaktif yang menggabungkan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penyusunan kesimpulan. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, 1 guru pendamping kegiatan seni, dan 5 orang tua. Sedangkan subjek yang diobservasi yaitu 54 anak di TK Retnoningrum yang sedang melakukan latihan untuk lomba. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lembaga ini aktif dalam berbagai kegiatan seni, seperti lomba drumband, melukis, menari, paduan suara, dan angklung. Partisipasi dalam kegiatan ini telah memperkuat eksistensi TK tersebut, dengan prestasi seni anak-anak menjadi salah satu indikatornya. Prestasi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan reputasi lembaga, tetapi juga memberikan pengalaman berharga bagi siswa dalam mengembangkan bakat dan keterampilan mereka di bidang seni. Kesimpulannya, prestasi seni menjadi bagian integral dari eksistensi dan kemajuan sebuah lembaga pendidikan seperti TK.

The Influence Of Bullying On Mental Health And Self-Confidence Of Students At Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Muawanul Islam Uteran

Abstract

Parents concerns about bullying behavior in the school environment certainly cannot be underestimated, for this reason it is necessary to conduct research related to the phenomenon of bullying among Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran students, to determine whether there is bullying and its impact on students' mental health and self-confidence. This study uses a type of quantitative research with the help of the SmartPLS tool. So as to obtain the following research results, the act of bullying has a significant influence on the mental health and self-confidence variables of students at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran. The high t-statistic value (mental health: 30.900, self-confidence: 43.426) and low p-value (mental health: 0.000, self-confidence: 0.000) indicate that the act of bullying meets the necessary statistical requirements. The results of the inner model test also showed high R-Square values (mental health: 0.803, self-confidence: 0.860), indicating a significant and high influence of bullying actions on both variables.

Abstrak

Kekhawatiran orang tua terhadap perilaku bullying di lingkungan sekolah tentunya tidak dapat dipandang sebelah mata, untuk itu perlu dilakukan penelitian terkait fenomena bullying di kalangan siswa Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran, untuk mengetahui ada tidaknya tindakan bullying serta dampaknya terhadap kesehatan mental dan kepercayaan diri siswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan dibantu dengan perangkat SmartPLS. Sehingga memperoleh hasil penelitian sebagai berikut, tindakan bullying memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap variabel kesehatan mental dan kepercayaan diri peserta didik di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Mawanul Islam Uteran. Nilai t-statistic yang tinggi (kesehatan mental: 30,900, kepercayaan diri: 43,426) dan nilai p-value yang rendah (kesehatan mental: 0,000, kepercayaan diri: 0,000) menunjukkan bahwa tindakan bullying memenuhi syarat statistik yang diperlukan. Hasil uji inner model juga menunjukkan nilai R-Square yang tinggi (kesehatan mental: 0,803, kepercayaan diri: 0,860), mengindikasikan pengaruh tindakan bullying yang signifikan dan tinggi terhadap kedua variabel tersebut.

Perceptions of PIAUD Group 20 Students regarding the Competence of Practice Supervisors (PPL) in PAUD and RA Tunas Qurrata 'Ayun in Garon Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency. The DPL's ability assessment in accompanying PPL students is expected to be a valid enough reference to determine the level of competency ability possessed by the DPL. The researcher chose this type of research as field research because research on the Perceptions of Group 20 PIAUD Students regarding the competence of PPL field supervisors is not only sufficient with theoretical studies, but requires direct research on those being researched, which is known as observation and uses a systematic approach which is called qualitative. . Based on the findings of research conducted at RA Tunas Qurrata A'yun, Garon Village, Balerejo District, Madiun Regency, it can be concluded that the pedagogical competence of DPL PPL group 20 is good, in accordance with what is stated in law number 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers.

Efforts to Improve Fine Motoric Skills of Early Childhood through Coffee Dregs at Tkit Ar-Rahmah, Bener Meriah Regency

This study aims to determine how efforts to improve the fine motoric abilities of early childhood through coffee grounds at Tkit Ar-Rahmah, Bener Meriah Regency. using the method of class action research (PTK) descriptive qualitative model. The subject of this research is class B children totaling 24 children, of which there are 15 girls and 14 boys at the age of 5-6 years. The results of the achievement of action in cycle 1 showed that the percentage of children's fine motor skills was 37.5% undeveloped (BB), children who began to develop (MB) 41.67%, and children developing as expected (BSH) 20.83%. Whereas in cycle II there was a very good increase, namely with a percentage of 16.67% of children who developed as expected (BSH) and 83.33% of children who developed very well (BSB). Thus it can be concluded that there is an increase in children's fine motor skills through coffee grounds collage media in TKIT Ar-Rahmah, Bener Meriah district.

The Role of Folklore in Building Character and Early Childhood Language Skills

This study explores the role of folklore in shaping the character and language skills of early childhood learners. Folklore, rich in cultural values and moral lessons, serves as an effective medium for instilling virtues such as empathy, respect, and responsibility in young children. Through storytelling, children not only engage with the narratives but also enhance their linguistic abilities, including vocabulary acquisition, comprehension, and narrative skills. The research employs a qualitative approach, gathering data through observations, interviews with educators, and analyses of children's responses during storytelling sessions. The findings indicate that incorporating folklore into early education significantly promotes moral development and language proficiency among children. Furthermore, it highlights the necessity of integrating cultural narratives into educational practices to foster a holistic learning environment. The study underscores the importance of folklore as a vital tool for educators in nurturing the character and language skills of young learners, ultimately contributing to their overall development
