Abstract

research focuses on management practices in an effort to improve the quality of students at Islamic educational institutions.  Effective management is crucial for creating a conducive learning environment, which directly impacts the development of students.  The purpose of this research is to analyze and describe the influence of management on the improvement of student quality, referring to the findings of previous research. This research uses a descriptive approach with the method of Systematic Literature Review. (SLR).  Relevant articles related to the management of student quality control during the period 2019-2023 have been documented and reviewed.  ..  The research results show that good management practices have a significant impact on the improvement of students' quality, both academically and non-academically.  The analyzed studies show that the implementation of proper management can enhance the motivation, discipline, and achievements of students at various educational levels
