The research method used is a qualitative approach with a case study and data triangulation analysis. The research subjects include educators, educational staff, and early childhood children. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of a child-friendly school environment played an important role in (1) implementing child-friendly learning processes, (2) training educators and educational staff, (3) providing supportive infrastructure, (4) increasing children's active participation in learning activities, and (5) strengthening communication between parents and community institutions. SRA also contributes to the formation of positive character traits in children, such as independence, discipline, and responsibility, and has a positive impact on academic aspects in the form of increased motivation and learning achievement. Thus, the implementation of Child-Friendly Schools can shape noble character through collaboration between schools, families, and the community.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.staimmgt.ac.id/index.php/tanbih/article/view/491PEMIKIRAN SYEKH YUSUF AL MAQASSARI TENTANG PENDIDIKAN ISLAM DAN RELEVANSINYA DALAM DUNIA PENDIDIKAN ISLAM KONTEMPORER2026-05-01T15:48:50+00:00Muhammad Faiq Hirzullohpps.faiqmuhammad@gmail.comKholis Ali Mahmudikholisali@gmail.com
This research aimed to analyze Sheikh Yusuf al-Maqassari's biographies and concepts regarding Islamic education and its relevance in educational contexts. Sheikh contributed to the educational landscape in Indonesia by integrating Islamic principles with public sciences. A hermeneutic methodology was applied alongside qualitative research techniques. Secondary data was utilized, gathered via documentation methods and subjected to content analysis. Sheikh Yusuf al-Maqassari originated from Gowa, South Sulawesi. His early education was exclusively focused on Islam. He pursued further Islamic studies in the Arabian Peninsula with distinguished scholars. He played a pivotal role in the dissemination of Islam and Sufism in Ceylon, South Africa, and Indonesia. Sheikh Yusuf's educational perspectives include key concepts of tasawuf, such as Ihathah Ma'iyah, Wahdat Syuhud, and Insan Kamil. He gave a thorough explanation of the concept of sufism in terms of its implications and pedagogical tenets. A generation of strong faith and tolerance in communal life may be sustained by modern education through Sheikh Yusuf's moral sufism. As seen by the effectiveness of da'wah, Sheikh Yusuf's contribution to Islamic education is an enemy to increase tolerance so that Islam may be seen by the general public as a polite and peaceful religion.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.staimmgt.ac.id/index.php/tanbih/article/view/488KONSEP MANUSIA SEBAGAI MAKHLUK DITINJAU DARI PERSPEKTIF TAFSIR AL-QURAN2026-05-01T15:48:50+00:00Muhtad Hafidz Ridlo Abdillahmuhtadabdillah@gmail.comMuhammad Rizky Saputramuhammadrizkysaputra1310@gmail.comYeni Santosoyenisantoso45@gmail.com
The concept of humanity has long been the focus of study across various academic disciplines. However, many modern perspectives focus solely on the physical, behavioral, and psychological aspects of humanity, thereby neglecting the moral and spiritual dimensions. As a result, several problems have emerged in society. This study aims to re-examine the concept of humanity from the perspective of the Qur’an to gain a comprehensive understanding of humanity as a physical, spiritual, and moral being. The methodology employed is a qualitative approach using library research. The primary sources consist of Qur’anic verses and classical exegetical works such as At-Tabari, As-Sawi, and Al-Qurthubi, while the supporting sources are drawn from relevant scholarly literature. The research findings indicate that humans in the Qur’an are described through the term al-insan, which portrays humans as knowledgeable beings and bearers of trust; al-basyar, which emphasizes physical and biological aspects; an-nas, which highlights the social dimension of humanity; and bani Adam, which focuses on moral aspects and the responsibility for one’s actions. Based on these findings, humans are the best of creatures and have a primary role in their lives, namely to worship Allah, to serve as stewards on Earth, and to engage in social interaction to benefit one another
2026-04-30T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.staimmgt.ac.id/index.php/tanbih/article/view/475PARADIGM SHIFT IN LEARNING AT MADRASAH DINIYAH: CHALLENGES FOR GEN Z TEACHERS FACING GEN ALPHA STUDENTS2026-05-01T15:48:50+00:00hafshoh aulia makarimhafshoh.aulia.m@mhs.iiq.ac.id
This study aims to analyze the role of generation Z teachers in developing creative learning strategies at Madrasah Diniyah Darul Ulum, Maospati District, Magetan Regency. The focus of the study is directed at how the dynamic character of generation Z teachers easily change their mood, but quickly build emotional closeness with students, influencing the pedagogical approach in the classroom. The method used is descriptive qualitative through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The data is analyzed interactively with the process of reduction, presentation, and drawing of conclusions. The results of the study show that the flexible character of generation Z teachers encourages an adaptive, communicative, and humanist learning atmosphere. They are able to combine traditional methods with digital strategies such as visual media and educational games, so that learning is more interesting and contextual. However, challenges arise from emotional instability that sometimes affects the consistency of teaching. This study concludes that generation Z teachers play an important role in the transformation of religious learning that is creative and relevant to the development of the times. The implication is that Islamic educational institutions need to develop emotional strengthening and self-management programs for young teachers so that their pedagogical potential can be optimized in a sustainable manner.

Keywords: Generation Z Teachers, Alpha Generation Students, Madrasah Diniyah, Learning Strategies, Islamic Education Transformation.
2026-04-30T00:00:00+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##https://ejournal.staimmgt.ac.id/index.php/tanbih/article/view/494EVALUASI MANAJEMEN SUMBER DAYA MANUSIA DALAM LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN DI SMP SWASTA DI KABUPATEN MAGETAN2026-05-01T15:48:50+00:00Hernik Khoirun Nisakhernik.nisak@gmail.comSamuji Samujisamuji2746@gmail.com
This study is motivated by the importance of human resource management (HRM) in improving the quality of education in private educational institutions. Effective HRM plays a crucial role in achieving school objectives, particularly at the junior secondary school level. This research aims to evaluate human resource management in private junior high schools in Magetan Regency based on management functions, including planning, recruitment, selection, development, performance appraisal, and compensation of teaching and administrative staff. The study employed a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation. The research subjects consisted of principals, teachers, and administrative staff. The findings indicate that HRM implementation has been relatively effective, especially in planning and development aspects. Human resource planning is conducted based on school needs, although it has not fully utilized systematic workload analysis. Recruitment and selection processes are carried out internally and externally by considering academic qualifications and professional competencies. Human resource development is implemented through training programs and workshops, although participation has not been evenly distributed among all staff members. Performance evaluation is conducted periodically; however, it has not yet applied standardized instruments based on key performance indicators. The compensation system also faces budgetary limitations. This study concludes that more comprehensive strategic planning and a strengthened performance evaluation system based on key performance indicators are necessary to sustainably improve educational quality.
2026-05-01T14:40:36+00:00##submission.copyrightStatement##
