This article was compiled using a library research method. The use of various types of measurement scales such as the Likert scale, Guttman scale, semantic differential, and rating scale in Islamic religious education provides an effective tool for measuring students' attitudes, perceptions, and understanding of religious teachings. The research background shows that to improve the quality of human resources, measurable and targeted planning is needed, which includes increasing the capabilities of teaching staff, management and administrative staff. The method used is library research with a qualitative approach, which involves collecting and analyzing secondary literature and official documents relevant to the topic of human resource development in the context of Islamic education. This research concludes that sustainable and planned human resource development through the Education and Training Strategic Plan will contribute to improving the quality of Islamic education that is competitive and relevant in the modern era. This study uses a library research approach with primary and secondary data sources. The primary source in this study is the book Hadith Tarbawi: Hadith-Hadis Pendidikan by Abdul Majid Khon, while the secondary sources in this study are various books and articles related to society as an educational environment in the perspective of hadith using content analysis as a data analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that society as an educational environment in Islam emphasizes the importance of a positive social environment in supporting the formation of individual morals and personality. This study uses library methods<br>to examine the importance of moral Sufism and its implementation through collective<br>istighosah activities in elementary schools. Istighosah, as a form of collective prayer, is not<br>only a spiritual medium but also an effective character education medium. The results of the<br>study show that collective istighosah plays a role in instilling religious values, strengthening<br>faith, forming positive characters, and creating social solidarity among students. This study aims to analyse the implementation of the Ummi method at the Ma’arif Islamic Religious College (STAIM) Magetan, especially in improving students' Qur'an reading and writing competence. The research used a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the application of the Ummi method at STAIM Magetan succeeded in improving the ability to read the Qur'an in tartil and students' understanding of the laws of tajweed. In addition, this approach also motivates students to be more active in learning the Qur'an through fun and interactive learning. Gerakan lierasi sekolah (GLS) merupakan gerakan yang bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca peserta didik serta meningkatkan keterampilan membaca siswa. Kegiatan Gerakan Literasi Sekolah ini telah dilaksanakan di semua jenjang pendidikan di seluruh Indonesia.
