Study of Educational Environment in the Perspective of Hadith

Abstract

This article will explain society as an educational environment in the perspective of educational hadith. This study uses a library research approach with primary and secondary data sources. The primary source in this study is the book Hadith Tarbawi: Hadith-Hadis Pendidikan by Abdul Majid Khon, while the secondary sources in this study are various books and articles related to society as an educational environment in the perspective of hadith using content analysis as a data analysis technique. The findings of this study indicate that society as an educational environment in Islam emphasizes the importance of a positive social environment in supporting the formation of individual morals and personality. Several hadiths of the Prophet SAW explain that education in society is influenced by several things, including friends and family.
